Refund Policy, Release of Liability, and Code of Conduct

(Applicable to all products, tickets, passes, and activities at Centre Vorlage)

1. Refund Policy – Centre Vorlage
1.1 General Products

No refunds will be issued for products purchased at Centre Vorlage. However, a credit may be applied to your account for future use at the resort.

Examples of General Products:

Season Passes: Non-refundable once the purchase is completed.

Day Tickets: Non-refundable; credits may be issued in exceptional circumstances.

Gift Cards and Other Prepaid Products: Non-refundable.

Rental Equipment: Non-refundable once the rental day has started or equipment has been used.

1.2 Snow School Products

Programs

No refunds will be issued within three (3) weeks prior to the start of programs.

Camps

If weather conditions are unfavorable, a credit will be applied toward participation in a future camp.

Private Lessons

No refunds or credits will be issued for cancellations or changes made less than seventy-two (72) hours before the session.

2. Release of Liability – Centre Vorlage

I, _______________________, acknowledge and agree to the terms set out in this Release of Liability (“Release”) in consideration of being permitted to participate in activities offered by Centre Vorlage Inc. (“Centre”).

2.1 Authorized Activities

The following activities are permitted at the Centre:

Alpine skiing

Snowboarding

Alpine touring

Snowshoeing

Fatbiking

2.2 Assumption of Risks

I understand that mountain and sliding sports involve inherent risks that may result in injury, disability, or death. These risks include but are not limited to:

Collisions with other users, objects, or natural elements

Falls or loss of control

Equipment malfunction or failure

Dangerous or changing weather conditions

Terrain variations or unforeseen obstacles

I voluntarily accept and assume all such risks.

2.3 Release and Waiver of Liability

In consideration for being allowed to use the Centre’s facilities and participate in its activities, I hereby release, discharge, and waive any claim, action, demand, or liability of any kind against Centre Vorlage Inc., its owners, directors, officers, employees, agents, subcontractors, and representatives (“Released Parties”), arising from my use of the Centre’s premises, including any injury, disability, or death, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct by the Released Parties.

2.4 Indemnification

I agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Released Parties from any claim, damage, loss, cost, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from my use of the Centre’s facilities or from any breach of this Release.

2.5 Medical Treatment

I authorize the Centre’s staff or authorized personnel to obtain any medical care deemed necessary in case of injury, accident, or illness. All associated costs will be my responsibility.

2.6 Severability

If any part of this Release is found invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

3. Code of Conduct & Ticket Conditions

By purchasing or using a ticket, pass, or product at Centre Vorlage, the participant agrees to the following:

3.1 Compliance with Rules and Signage

You must respect all mountain codes of conduct, posted signage, instructions, and safety rules issued by Centre Vorlage.

3.2 Respect for Others

You must act courteously and responsibly toward all other users and staff at all times.

3.3 Revocation of Access

Failure to comply with the code of conduct, rules, instructions, or signage may result in immediate revocation of access to all facilities and infrastructure, without notice and without refund.

3.4 Ownership and Non-Transferability

All passes, tickets, and cards remain the property of Centre Vorlage. They are personal, non-transferable, and non-refundable.

3.5 Assumption of Responsibility

The participant acknowledges and accepts the inherent risks of activities practiced at Centre Vorlage and assumes full responsibility for any material or bodily damage resulting from such risks.

4. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Release is governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec.
By purchasing or using any product or accessing the Centre’s facilities, the participant agrees to:

Elect domicile in the Province of Quebec for any claim or legal proceeding; and

Accept that Quebec law applies exclusively to all matters related to this Release.

5. Acceptance

I have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to the Centre Vorlage Refund Policy, Release of Liability, Code of Conduct, and all related conditions.
