Mountain Bike Program – 4 Week Session

Our mountain bike programs at Centre Vorlage are designed to help riders develop their skills in a safe, progressive, and fun environment.

Each session includes 4 weekly lessons of 2 hours, led by our qualified instructors. Participants will learn essential techniques to build confidence and fully enjoy riding the trails.

Whether you are new to mountain biking or looking to improve your skills, this program offers a great opportunity to progress while discovering the trails at Centre Vorlage.

Skills Covered:

  • Body position and balance on the bike
  • Braking techniques and controlled cornering
  • Trail reading and line choice
  • Climbing and descending techniques
  • Obstacle negotiation
  • Introduction to trail features and bike park elements

Program Details:

  • Duration: 4 weeks
  • Session Length: 2 hours per week
  • Location: Centre Vorlage – Wakefield, QC
  • Coaching: Qualified instructors

Groups are organized based on age and skill level to ensure the best learning experience for all participants.

If the number of registrations is insufficient to form a group, Centre Vorlage reserves the right to convert the registration into a private lesson or offer a refund.
